How It Works

After integrating the product advisor in your Webshop it can be used by your customers. The clear layout of the Smart Finder allows online shoppers to easily change product criteria and features needed. The Smart Finder reacts to the changes and updates the search results instantly.

The results are ranked by relevance, which means that even if a customer chooses attributes that would lead to no suitable products found, the Smart Finder still shows the items that best match the criteria. The attributes that are or are not included are clearly visible, allowing the customer to make an informed decision, without the frustration of having to restart the process.
The products can now be compared in more detail using the Smart Finder comparison tool, which is included in the package. This includes many features that allow the customer to customize the page to show only relevant attributes, and easily add or remove items without leaving the page.
When customers select an item, they are then transferred to your existing shop, but can easily return by pressing the back button on the browser window.
The product information is retrieved from your website at regular intervals and referenced to our massive online database. The data does not get stored in the database, but instead ends up in a semantic repository that allows us to improve the quality of the results with the use of artificial intelligence.
