The Internet Retailing Conference took place on the 13th of October at Novotel Hammersmith in London. The conference is one of the leading events in the industry and attractes well-known decision makers from E-businesses each year. Markus Linder, CEO of Smart Information Systems GmbH, got invited to hold a speech about the Semantic Web and the use of online-product-advisors for online shops from producers and price comparison portals. This year’s Ecommerce Expo on the 20th and 21st of October was a chance for Smart Information Systems to present the latest development in online product advisory. Visitors had the opportunity to discover and test SIS's brand new prototype. On the second day, Markus Linder helt a presentation about “Semantic Web and Ecommerce”.
