logo_prudsys_red After exhibiting together at the CeBIT 2009 in Hannover, Smart Information Systems and prudsys have officially entered a promising partnership. prudsys is regarded to be the leading supplier of real-time analytics solutions (real-time data mining). Every third TOP-100 mail order retailer in the German speaking market successfully uses the prudsys RECOMMENDATION ENGINE to generate individual product recommendations.

The objective of the partnership is to enhance technical and economical synergies and collaborate on common client projects. This collaboration will allow a smooth integration of the prudsys RECOMMENDATION ENGINE data into the "Smart Assistant"-product consultation process. Furthermore, it will offer complementary product recommendations and thus significantly improve the cross-selling opportunities and thereby increase the conversion rate. Vice versa, it will be possible to include online shoppers' needs expressed in the product consultation process in the prudsys RECOMMENDATION ENGINE.
