Semantic Search
| The most used feature in online-shops is the search function. The Add-On "Semantic Search" now enables an intelligent integration with the search function and online product advise solutions such as the Smart Assistant or the Smart Finder. Thus, when looking for a "notebook HP or Sony, small, light with webcam", users are directly forwarded to a preconfigured "Smart Finder", which contains only those notebooks that best fit the shopper's requests. The products are ranked according to relevance and additional alternative recommendations are provided in case only few products fulfil all the consumers' demands. By using the slide switches and checkboxes, the search result can be refined. |

This solution was first implemented on HOH.de, together with the on-site search specialist FACT-Finder. FACT-Finder is the European market leader for product search in online-shops and enables an error tolerant search on HOH.de.
"Semantic Search" can be integrated in your webshop in combination with the "Smart Assistant" or the "Smart Finder" solution.
